Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use this site. We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA, the web accessibility standard.
Our automated tests run axe, an open-source accessibility checker, against the WCAG 2.2 AA rules it can check. They check every kind of page on the site, including the home page, the town pages, the contact page, and the legal pages. Automated checks catch many problems but not all of them, so if something gets in your way, please tell us.
What works
- You can move through the site with a keyboard. Links, buttons, and form fields show a visible focus ring.
- The before and after photo slider is a standard range control with a label, so screen readers announce it and the arrow keys move the line. It shows a focus ring too.
- Photos have text descriptions.
- You can read every page and call us without JavaScript. Without it, the before and after photos sit side by side and the customer video opens on Facebook. The quote form needs JavaScript for its spam check, so without it, call or text us instead.
Known limits
The customer video on this site is hosted on Facebook. When you play it, it runs in Facebook's player, and its captions and controls are Facebook's, not ours.
